Mortal Kombat II (Saturn) - Gameplay Footage

Just some gameplay footage from the Sega Saturn port of Mortal Kombat II. There's nothing entirely remarkable about it. This port of MKII is actually very similar to the rare PlayStation version, but the Saturn version has more accurate music, better load times, some sound differences, and unfortunately a lack of some announcer voices (Specifically, Shao Kahn announcing the names of the victor). The music during the menu and at the battle plan screen is pretty awesome.

Snes version is awesome!

Sounds like the music is slow down when the fight ends, fatallitys are delayed, so voices are use in area of the saturn version like round 1 fight or finsh him you don't hear those.

Ah damn i was gonna buy the saturn version because i heard it was alot better than the genesis/snes version (got both of them) but after seeing this....

@sofasport No, the worst port for a CD console would be the Playstation version which only came out in Japan and has for some reason terrible music even though it was on a CD and it could've had the original arcade music, also some graphics are wrong like in the dead pool it almost looks like the one used on the SNES and N64 (on trilogy) which is a downgraded version from the original...

@SegagagaEnterprises best port was the PC version (if you knew how to play with a keyboard that is)
