Shahi Chooley. It is said that Badshah Akbar one day was roaming in the streets of Lahore and he saw a mochi getting ready to eat. When the mochi saw the Badshah he invited him to join in food in a Lahori tradition. He presented the Badshah with Chooley and Nan. That was the tastiest thing Akbar had ever eaten. He said to himself that I am a king and a mochi eats better food than me. He ordered his cooks to cook mochi's chooley and since then they are called Shahi Chooley.

that's why hepatitis b and c is on the rise in Pakistan. People are uneducated and unaware of the importance and cleanliness. This could be a great food place if these people follow the basic hygiene guidelines.Who doesn't want to drink lassi and enjoy desi food.
