I understand that this is her first time preforming, but she really shouldn't have chose this song than. This song NEEDS the emotion and feeling in it. And amylouie is right, she does sound a bit nasely on the high notes. If you trained her correctly, than I do really hope she has a good voice..but she really should'nt have chosen this for her first song.

Could'nt you of video taped this from a better vantage point??? It's not like it's on Broadway.......or Her Majesty's Theatre. ;)

To Beautifullytragic1 what regionalism are you talking about. This kid is good, doesn't have an accent. She only had one not she was slightly pitchy on. Otherwise a very good performance irrespective of her experience. Nice job.

She needs to drop her jaw on her vowels and get out of her regionalisms. That might make the sound a little more pure. Otherwise, this is gorgeous for a first time performance

Ta0king into consideration that this was one of her first performances, I think this was amazing! Beautiful voice, beautiful girl. A few pitch problems here and there, but I'm sure that had to do with nerves. If she keeps on performing I'm sure people would pay money to see her one day. Best of luck!

Pretty good. But I felt that it lacked emotion. The concentration was on the singing rather than the emotion of the song.

Well, she is soooo much better now and like I wrote, this was the very first time she sang solo in front of an audience and (I may be biased) but that being said, I still happen to think she sounded great!
