I get tired of seeing the arm bar too, from a spectator view I think it is a dull submission. However, it must be very effective cause it gets people to tap out consistently. At a local live mens MMA comp. I saw a guy have his arm torn out of socket with this move....ouch.

all this girl knows how to do win is using armbars. i do believe that submissions are a definite techinque in mma but she wins way too much using them. shes obviously a decent striker. just for once i'd like to see her knock someone out instead of getting them to give up for the fear of breaking an arm.
