New hope for Africa

The development of a new form of cooperation with Africa: On this subject, a public meeting was held at the Municipality in Rome, organized in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Synod, Vatican Radio and the Community of Sant'Egidio. Introducing the meeting, Father Federico Lombardi, director general of Vatican Radio, outlined how different forms of partnership are required today.
