And this man wins Iowa.... Crazy times ahead.

Romney is "first and foremost a businessman". He is worth 100 million dollars. He is a "fat cat", whose sympathies are with corporations: plain and simple.
We certainly KNOW which group he is "in sync with", here! (And, it isn't a position that is in favor of "the little guy").

@akgregor Do you really think Iraq and Afghanistan were for oil? I would look into that before claiming such a thing. Do I think invading Iraq was necessary? No, but it wasn't for oil. I'm not a fan of bailouts for banks either.

...so how should we pay for more endless wars for oil and bonuses for bailed out execs?

It's hard to explain economics to the uneducated masses of the lower class. People don't understand that every dollar spent contributes to the deficit. If a dollar is spent here, it can't be spent there. Another thing is that you can't spend what you don't have. If we continue with the programs we have and aren't willing to sacrifice anything we will continue on a downward spiral toward federal bankruptcy.

lol GET HIM PEOPLE

Why are the only options raising taxes or cutting benefits, why not stop funding wars that cost $ 1 000 000 000 000/year!?!?

I kind of feel sorry for Romney even if I don't agree with this viewpoints
oh man...this is bad for Mitt. His last answer is an epic failure.

I think Mitt stepped in it here. His statement is based on the idiotic ruling made in Citizens United Supreme Court case. This may help him raise funds from businesses. And whether it hurts in the Republican primaries remains to be seen. But it will definitely hurt him in the general election. Most people, outside of the Republican Party, want taxes to be raised on corporations. By making this statement, Mitt Romney clarified which group he's with and what group he's against.
