@CHIPWAHL copper boilers can safley be ran at apto 100 psi or more if designed strognly enough with plenty stays & supports & thick enough copper, here in UK if a boiler is safe enough its initail test is to 1 & a half times working preasure, so if you've hydrod at 125 you should be safe enought to run at 60 psi

nice engine and boiler, i just got a copper boiler to repair and its about the same size as yours but it was an old fire extinguisher!

@0812201 Yes, I hydro tested it to 125psi. I wanted over a 100% safety factor. 50psi is the generally accepted pressure limit for copper boilers.

i need a small marine engine like that to build a miniture steam engine able to pull like 4 5 people. you know a compay that build nice afortable ones?

@skyrocketpuke I was given an old corn sheller that I'll run with it in the fall. I may also set up a generator to make some electricity.
