  • @iSpeakKonglish I'v never seen or heard of a one arm handstand push up- supposing the athlete weighs 160lb, that would be the equivalent of shoulder pressing a 160lb barbell above his head, while all his other muscles are working overtime too. It's hypothetically possible, I'v seen someone do 1/2 of one, against a wall with terrible form- but no more. I reckon one day someone will get one though- chances are they will be a genetic one off though.

  • @EvilLamas OMG 1-arm hand-stand pushups.......INTENSE. There's gotta be someone in the world who can do it in good form. Imagine a 1-arm 90 degree pushup (is that even possible?)

  • @iSpeakKonglish dips on still rings are unlike any other dip- the instability makes it so much harder- and everything you do affects the core aswell!

    Trying all the exercises in the world would be interesting.... one arm hand stand push up anyone?

  • @EvilLamas haha I've never been on still rings before. And I think I would like to try all the exercises in the world at least once - that would be so awesome~

  • @iSpeakKonglish The still rings are incredibly versatile- you can even do curls on them!

  • @iSpeakKonglish depends on how you do them...

    These standard dips are mainly tricep focused, if you lean forwards more they also become a chest exercise.

    Bulgarian ring dips are primarily a chest exercise.
