Accident at Broadhall way roundabout 14th September 2008

This video was taken no more 2-3 minutes after the accident had happen no other cars , police were not chasing the car the car was travelling from A1M long on broadhall way road toward Hertford (East)the car cross inside lane and flew in central roundabout pushing some of concrete down the centre of roundabout just missing some children .

Thats not what happened I was there - at 13:12 the driver of a Vauxhall Vectra had a heart attack at the wheel - lost control and hit the concrete wall.

A rapid response paramedic was first on scene 8 minutes after it happened, the first fire crew took 16 minutes to arrive.

And there were no children around? eh?

He flew pass me ( it was my car missed first check the police report ) im also sorry to hear he had a heart attack I hope he ok wasn't he in his 30's police took no more than 5 minutes and fire engine wasnt too far behind ,kids may have been walking or riding as you know that roundabout get's very busy on Sunday

time must have flown by because the first vehicle took 8 minutes to get there from st georges way - for sure. the last i heard the occupants were okay. a close call though - had the car have gone right through the barrier!
