Respect to you for stepping up and attempting to deal with your fear.
Sometimes we have to put our own desires aside, in order to help make things work.
In the here and now it may seem like a drag but once you both have gotten around the obstacles that keep yall apart, and provided its true love then the sun will shine upon the both of you.

Love does hurt...but my sister or grandmother says to me "Don't chase for love let it come to you." and that helps me sometimes lolz
