  • The reason people are complaining about the chart is your ear isn't very melodic. Look at 0:38. The song is (if I'm hearing correctly) a short note and then a long note that is located a third down, you charted this is a note upward.

  • @pwngo You mean the red/yellow/red/yellow part, or what? I'm not sure I see it. But you're right, I'm actually not espcially good at this (although I'm becoming better). I'm putting a lot of work in these things, and it's fun, but I rarely get actual feedback after, instead of just 'This chart sucks!'. Would you mind elaborating for me? Thanks anyway!

  • Thumbs down if eRock got you here and were disappointed.

  • @darcassan are you disappointed?

  • This chart is horrible.

  • @TheRealAchilleZ What is so horrible about it?

  • Thumbs up if erock got you here :D

  • @kp0hy5 Yeah I can see why you feel that way, but it doesn't work like that. Guitar Hero, with references but few actual similarities to playing guitar, is just a game. I'm a gamer, not a musician. If I played as much guitar as I play Guitar Hero I'd still suck, and I don't have the time or the will to do anything about it. Besides, GH is much cheaper.

  • @DarksteelPowerchord Where it goes red yellow, red yellow, it should have been something like blue red blue red. At 0:45, there's a frilly thing where it goes up a half step and you chart it jumping from red to blue. At 0:49, should have been red green blue yellow yellow (hold). A lot of these things are just learning what music sounds like. I don't know if the software you use to chart has this, but when I did this, there's an option for a click every time a note goes past

  • ooooooo colors:)

  • Not a good chart...

  • @jjjmanyo Hmm ok I guess I missed than then. Problem then is, once you charted a part, you just copy it to the others. But for the chords, I know several of them are not chords, it's just some sort of aesthetic choice. As for example the cantina part at the end.
