Vince, I got a problem; I don't do legs as much and now I have a seriously noticeable un-symetrical upper and lower body difference. How can I super charge my workout and make up for the injustice that I have done to my legs. It's pretty noticeable and its irking me. Is it bad to start busting legs three days a week and ignore any arms stuff?

Hey Vince, is there a category between fitness model and bodybuilder...I have pretty big arms chest and back especially and wouldn't want to have to get those smaller they're not bodybuilder big but just looking at my build I seem more stocky than a fitness model I'd love to compete so just wondering if there is a category between the two so I could be more muscular than a fitness model yet more realistic and aesthetic looking than a bodybuilder? and how'd I get into it?

yes I agree cant even believe it. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well. But The surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items. check it out here -> bit.ly/15JV483?=kkxzb

Thanks man, I'm not quite ready for competition yet got some lower back fat left and some lose skin from loosing so much fat but I'ma keep following your advice keep cutting then when I get the 6 pack I'll do a bulk then another cut and see about competing! Waiting on your stage shredded status atm can't wait!
