I saw alot of corruption at the university. Foreign nationals who couldn't speak English as well as a 5 year old from an English speaking country were a routine site. Working class whites with 1600 SATs couldn't get in. It was done to "promote diversity." The universities got 3x as much tuition money off foreign nationals so it made more economic sense. But I though our state univ were primarily to serve US students, not to pad their own wallets.

So many of these career university folks sat around and dissed blue-collar workers as the US manufacturing base vanished. I don't feel sorry for any of these university people that are now lost and jobless. Let them go get real jobs, in the real world, and work for pennies doing those jobs. It's only a matter of time until universities start shedding massive amounts of jobs.
