Did Horton ever play Collignon, for example in a singles match? If so, how did he fair?

Supposedly he was banned for disorderly conduct at USTSF tournaments and towards staff. He was banned sometime in the 90s, the USTSF committee lifted the ban in 2001 after Horton's appeals and ended up winning the 2001 Worlds...soon thereafter, he was banned again in definitely. He's a legendary player. Hope they would lift the ban so he can come back and play in Vegas. I do want to see him play. Supposedly his pullshot is the best in the business over Todd Loffredo's!

Why is he banned?

Horton is banned from any USTSF tournaments which includes Vegas. He can only participate in IFP tournaments like Kentucky State for example.
