@Abasuto because people who aren't in grade school or retarded don't care about someone not ratting. the way he yells at tony from his window, the fact that he had bobby killed when bobby is probably the only sympathetic character in the show, he's just a herb.

Why do so many Soprano fans hate Phil so much ?
He did 20 years instead of ratting only to get out and have his brother murdered in his arms. Then Tony and company jerk him around instead of doing the "right" thing of turning his cousin over.
