Celebrating fall colors & one year in the hoop!

It has been one year since I started my hoop practice and it has been a blast so far! This video features the lovely autumn colors & the song "Make Us a Nation" by Steele Pulse.
Nothing new hooping-wise, just playing around...a couple of minutes of single hoopdance and a couple of minutes of twins. I came across a little tutorial by Shredder for the helicopter move and also saw it in Ann's and a couple other vids & had to learn it! Fun! Thanks to them!

This song is great, relevant to our times! My birthday falls on election day & my wish is that all you Americans out there get out and VOTE!! Let's get this country moving in the right direction again!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, all!! I am glad that you could enjoy those amazing fall colors with me...although the colors came down a the notch in uploading it to youtube! Groovinmegzz, that reverse (3 beat) weave took me a WHILE to figure out...I watched Barry Clement's video entitled, "More poi style hooping", about a zillion times to learn!! Check that out. Shredder's vid was on the twins helicopter move, FYI.
