@diggablemanny you can jam on the D minor scale on every chord of this track and on the D major scale on the D chord and A chord... that's blues..mixin the minor scale with the major \m/

A phrygian works well with this.....as well as d dorian, I would also venture out to say the the mixolydian woulld too.

@prankbros954 It's the chords in a 12 bar blues progression. In this case D G A. You simply take the first, fourth, and fifth notes from the D Major Scale to find them. D Major Scale - D E F# G A B C#. You get D G A.
