  • Very Good!!!!! Whats it a tunning?

  • Thanks! The alto guitar is tuned a minor third above the 6-string classical guitar, like a renaissance lute. The lower bass strings are in a rather narrow tuning in this piece, ranging only to a low C on the 11th string.

    Stefan

  • who is the luthier?....keep it up!....great playing

  • My alto guitar is not a Bohlin-guitar but I think the only alto guitar made by Yoshimitsu Hoshino in 1984. Wonderful instrument, and much more dynamic than many of the Bohlin instruments. Stefan

  • Mr.Hoshino made only one alto-guitar in 1984. In the lists of Hoshino guitar users, Mr.Goran Sollscher might be the first user. Did you get it from Mr. Sollscher? It has clear nice sound like my alto-guitar made by Mr. Hoshino in 1989.

  • Hi!

You've hit the nail on the head, I bought it from Göran many years ago. So you play the alto guitar as well? Stefan

  • VERY BEAUTIFUL PIECE AND EXECUTION

    GREAT PLAYER

    GREAT GUITAR

5 STARS BECAUSE 6 ARE IMPOSSIBLE ON THIS YOUTUBE'S VOTING SISTEM.

I love this music, but this piece is phenomenal....

  • I guess Mr.Hoshino made 3-5 alto-guitar in 1984 and he sent the best one to Mr. Sollscher and the remnants were sold to general players in 1985. Thus, you have the best one!

I am an amateur. So, my alto-guitar is like pearl before swine. But, I would like to upload my video on YouTube in the future.

  • thanks for your feedback
