In the book of Romans, passage 1:18 states: The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness.

My theory is that the movie might be based on biblical events and creatures. In the movie god could possibly be sending beasts from the bible down to earth to punish our sins as the passage 1:18 states.

I also believe that the movie will feature more than one monster. The trailer gives many hints to how many creatures will be featured. Every number given in the movie is divisible by 3: the temperature 63 degrees, the time 12:36, and the 2004 ACE on the wall also divisible by 3.

The "Possible" Creatures:

 Leviathan
 The Behemoth
 Ziz
 Poisonous Snakes
 Cockatrices
 Flying Horses
 Giants

To narrow those creatures down to specific 3, I will have to explain other clues given from the trailer. A Jewish "haggadic" describes god sending 3 creatures, Leviathan, Behemoth, and Ziz down to earth at the end of the world.

The man that says: "Maybe we can get a better view from the roof." was wearing a "slusho" shirt. The slusho logo is a classic icon from the producer JJ Abrams. With all the fake websites that were created to cause commotion about the movie, one website was confirmed to be related to the trailer.


Slush.jp is a Japanese website that is written in Japanese and English. When you navigate around the pages you will see the background setting will change. The three background settings are: Land, Sea, and Sky.

That could be a hint to the creatures coming from the Sky, Sea, and Land. Another strange thing was that their slogan is: "You can't just drink 6!" another number divisible by 3.

I believe the movie will feature a creature that comes from the sea and a creature that moves on land, and maybe a creature that flies through the skies.

The bible talks about Leviathan which the bible describes as a seven headed sea serpent. I also have read that it has one head. But the one characteristic that the mythological creature has in common is that it is huge. Leviathan can breathe fire and the second monster roar in the trailer comes with a giant fire ball. That could possible be the creature that comes from the sea.

The second monster I believe could be Behemoth which is also mentioned in the bible. It is described as a gigantic elephant or hippopotamus like creature. Since it's so gigantic, it could cause an earthquake. In the trailer, the first roar comes with an earthquake. At the end of the trailer, you hear someone yell "I saw it, it's alive it's huge!" Some people believe he says: "It's a lion it's huge" but if you listen closely you can defiantly hear him say it's "alive". When the statue of liberty's head comes flying, it flies through a thick dust cloud which could mean that the monster is walking through the city wrecking every building. If you look closely the statue of liberty's head does not fall from the sky it actually comes from the ground and flies upward.

Another creature that I found out about that could be relevant is Ziz. Ziz is a giant bird and with its wingspan can block out the sun. In the trailer the statue of liberty's head flies through the smoke. Either Behemoth or Ziz is hiding in that smoke, but it's hard to tell since both the creatures are gigantic.

It's a dam sea monster it could of been a underwater dinosaur that went into a deep slumber when al saures died since he/she lived so deep under water it didn't affect "cloverfield" creature so it survived slusho satalite drop sent out a signal radar only the monster could hear it woke it up ect.

it's called cloverfield becuz in the movie at the end the camera goes back to a time where the main characters where at cloverfield island or someplace like that & in the background the satellite fell into the water -_-

@higurashigirl123 actually it is clover because the place one of the studios or someshit workwde on it was named something, and when he asked whats this place he heard it wrong and thought it was cloverfield, hence the name clover/clovie.
