Kyouya/Haruhi - You can't see through me

Well I've done an amv for Hikaru & Haruhi and one for Tamaki & Haruhi, so this was the only pair left... :)
I knew the minute I heard this song that this was the one I should use for Kyouya - it fits him like a glove - "you can't read my poker face" XD
I'm starting to doubt the person who wrote the lyrics meant it figuratively though... :\

Anyway, this was the video I felt most sorry for, because I needed to use so many transitions and effects movie maker didn't have :( ah well, I had no choice.

btw I had a lack of inspiration at the end ^^ so I just left that clip play until the song finished :D lol

@erd249 Well amvs aren't necessarily to express real situations from the animes, but even so, that is not what I meant with it, but actually what you just said."You can't see through me" represents Kyouya's thought, not the reality. In the end he figures out she actually can read him...

And about the song, I am not a mind reader to guess who likes what and can't post warning signs on each of my videos for those who hate the songs I use. You click, don't like, leave. Where is all the trouble?

@nightlyspell Yeah, but Haruhi can kinda see right through Kyouya anyway, so that makes no sense. And it'd be nice if your title had something to do with the song/video you made so people know not to click it if they don't want to watch it.

@erd249 lol if you ever listened to the song you probably noticed the chorus; there's a part that goes like "You can't read my poker face" and (you should read my description...) even though I doubt she meant anything deeper than that, the first time I heard the song I took it figuratively. That's why "You can't see through me" reflects the song and what I tried to express with the video. :) And anyway, I don't see why I HAD to use a line from the song in my title :\ Who says I have to?

...Are you trying to start a new form of rick rolling? Because "You can't see through me" isn't the name of the song, nor does it in any way indicate that I'm about to get this "song".

I have another version on my computer, but it's been done with a trial version of AVS so the company's logo was right in the middle of the clip, I couldn't post it like that.

This was the best I could do with movie maker... I know it could have turned a lot better.

To start on a good note, I liked your song choice, and the pairing of course.

On the down side, there was WAYYY too much dead time for a song this long. When there is a beat like this, you need a lot of flash and overlapping of scenes, because this is an up beat song.

I think that you should maybe re edit the fast tempo parts that don't have any words. It creates a lag where there could be so much more.

Good job, though.
