Macro 20 8/12

Macro 20---The park has evolved further to the browns, and reds. One needs to look more closely to find other color. But life is moving along it's wonderful yearly cycle. There was a beautiful light this day and it really has never gotten extremely hot. A very unusual year. I placed a long shot in this one for perspective as I have done a few times before. There is a joy in witnessing this progression and I went back to my good old Yamaha 6 string, dropped the E to D and had some fun in a style that goes back many years with me when I would play for my older children at night. The Santa Monica Mountains are a true treasure.

another beauty. The color is so moody and wonderful. It makes me see so much more of the subtleties of brown. Love the D too. I can imagine a Dad playing for his kids while they got sleepy. Really nice.
