A rare footage of Sergio "Noy Sergio" Arcel from Cebu teaching Robert Cinco and Victor Escobia Balintawak style arnis, a native Filipino martial art. Shot taken by Robert in the early 90's includes a Cebuano meter man that tests manong Sergio's skill against his eslastico style of arnis. Plus a scarce look at Arcel's knife work, an artful interpretation from Balintawak.
