The problem with that is that monetary inflation effects the price relative to the currency, so the cost is also relative. If people have more money and the price of goods goes up according the true cost doesn't change all that much.

What inflation really hurts are savings, which mostly effects really rich people, which is why you have billionaires funding this propaganda.

Like any good psychic, Peter Schiff throws out a bunch of predictions and counts the ones that stick. If only 2 out of 10 come true, those are the ones you'll hear about. Also with the same retroactive revisionist interpretations that make Nostradamus seem prophetic, Schiff takes outdated predictions that initially turned out wrong, and counts them as a successful one if a speculation bubble hits or bursts or if a company turns around.

Schiff is a con artist.

OMG! I came across ShittReport and thought 'this guy is an absolute shill'. One of his comments was ridiculous that the Fed could hold interest rates at zero 'for infinitum' so I questioned him on the devaluation of the dollar through increasing the money supply, leading to higher import prices (domestic inflation) and he just DELETED my question. Then I commented on his other videos (asking logical questions to the morons) and he deleted those comments too! He only keeps shiff hate comments!
