New Justice Deal: Drink, Drive, Kill, Plead Guilty, Go Home!

Monday June 15, 2009, in court, without there ever being a proper bail arraignment, trial or anything, there was a plea bargain announced for a plea of guilty to one account of DUI gross vehicular manslaughter that the family was totally against after the Attorney General lied and told the family they would go for two counts of Watson Murder due to Mrs. Garcias prior 1995 DUI conviction.

Sad for both families, but she NEVER should've gotten behind the wheel after drinking....A SECOND TIME mind you!!!! Just really sad.
