@TheBrightEyesatheist Indeed that was my biased opinion, but the bottom line is that it's a great song either way, so powerful. I think this song can resonate with anyone who holds music dear to their heart, regardless. I will say that I'm impressed and happy that Dave, clearly coming from a much different musical perspective and background than Conor, acknowleged such a great song and is thus sharing it with an audience that otherwise probably wouldn't have heard it.

I was searching for information about the acting technique called Method Acting and I came across this... It doesn't seem like a song about acting (or perhaps it is... i mean.. "I see their fate in my own body"... if I've understood it correctly Method Acting is when you draw upon your own emotions and experiences when you create a character.. so if you're a method actor and is going to play fat it's more likely that you gain weight than put a pillow under your shirt... ) but I like it :)

@MusicMan2314 I must admit that his/their version is pretty awesome(the harmony is great), it just isn't better than Conor's. Conor brings the emotion to these lyrics that no one else can bring.
