Keep your head on the floor for the entire exercise. Exhale as you lift the hips and inhale as you lower them. Do a total of 20 repetitions and then rest.

  • Just did all three exercises! I feel the tingle and it feels great :)! Gonna do this twice a day every day. My goal is for a flat stomach by summer time!

  • @yourtube1234567 this would definitly work by men but try to do this a little more intence for example lift your hips stretch ur legs and hold ,,1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ... untill u can feel it
