No bad injury though, just a little bit of a sprained wrist.

When you hit the wall, look at your position, that position is even exagerated for a cat to cat from down up, and you did it up down, thats why you fell, get well. Improve your hand grip ;]

Bro why so high up, should be doing that on ground level first. Hope your alright but thats a sure fire way to get injured quickly. Train with safety in mind!

I did something simulare, but the height wasn't that high.

It still hurt, but I guess this hurt more :S
