300 was a racist film. this is absolute nonsence 300 white against a million, in real history they say it was 7000 spartans against 100,000 persians , the fight only lasted 2 days, with the persian victory. these spartans were strong but they were also brutal barbarians, who killed babys. the way they show the persians as monsters, in real life history they were a great civilsation, their empire was bigger than roman empire

@zia685 yeah.... there's no proof they killed their young like it's portrayed. They've excavated the pit that they supposedly threw babies into (a rumor started by their greek rivals, i suspect) and only found adult bones.

And there was only 300 Spartans. the rest were from other Greek states.

the fact is they dont move it they just hold it.. and the shield is desighned to put your shoulder in so u will feel comftable get it? u dont have to move it.. i holded a shield like that my self, it was not easy to put it up but once u put it in your shoulder i could hold it for hours

@TheSlimLP 300 Spartans killed 20k troops? Dude, THEY WOULD BE TIRED AFTER MOVING THOSE HEAVY SHIELDS FOR LIKE 1 MINUTE, THEY WOULD KILL LIKE 10 MAXIMUM THEN GET RAPED. And about the training, they were taught to be thieves? Ahaha. If they were attacked, ANYONE from intuit would attack back. I'm sure anyone who's a soldier doesn't care about luxuries. They had to interest to begin with, they never needed to be taught. They were BORN that way. Which is better, being born that way or being taught?

@XxNimanarutoxX no this movie isint real ... everybody knows that... spartan didnt fight naked.. but heavy armored (chest guard,graves,korithian helmet,25 pound shield,spear,sword) the shield covered them from the knee to the shoulder under the knee they had graves and upon shoulder the helmet, so arrows wont be quite efective right? historians wrote that they killed 20 000 troops of the persian empire, and tests makes them the finest warriors of the world.im sure about that i studied them

@TheSlimLP @TheSlimLP In reality, Spartans got violated. The Persians had thousands of archers, just be logical here with me. Do you think this MOVIE is REAL? LOL You think they killed that many people? When we had archers that launched THOUSANDS of arrows towards them? They had to have been dodging and protecting themselves from arrows 24/7 when did they get time to fight back? Just please think. Its pointless to argue. Archers > Make spartans look bad, immortals weren't even needed.
