For everybody who can't get the Auto-Tune to show up, if you did everything right in the video, go to "edit" --> "preferences" ------> "effects" ------> click "Re-scan VST effects next time Audacity is started". You're Welcome.

@unpossible11 If it's not in the effect tab you havent placed the files in plug-in whit the vts bridge uninnstall vst bridge and Antares Audio: Autotune and install from set-up again and place the vts bridge and Antares Audio: Autotune there the video says you should place them.
