Sadly, the majority of voters in Louisiana don't care that Vitter cheated on his wife with prostitutes. And traits that would normally be considered character flaws (racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia) are actually considered strengths in La. I live in Baton Rouge and I see it every day. Vitter will win by 10+ points next month. We'll be stuck with this asshole for another six years. Fuck me.
