Nice comparison video mate. I do feel the handling is slightly better in CCE although it still lacks a lot to be desired. By the way have you bought Daytona USA on the Xbox 360 yet? I feel that it is arcade perfect in terms of graphics and sound but it feels like the controls are still a bit twitchy. Would love to hear your thoughts. Great vid as always mate.

@DLiberator78 Hi dude how are you? Yeah CCE does have alot of improvments over the original, although i never would have noticed most of them if was not for playing the games back to back. In CCE the graphics are better, less pop-in, smoother frame rate, tracks are shorter etc

i thought about getting the 360 version, but decided aginst it as i thought it would fall short of what i wanted from the game, which is the problem with the Saturn games.

Both games are classics! Daytona CCE has more options, graphics and framerate is better, but the 1st Daytona has a better ambiance of "arcade" and better gameplay.

The music, in two games, is fantastic! Eric Martin did an excellent job at CCE!

@theferpa I do like CCE alot more, but its still not the game it should have been, think they would have been better just making another game completely.

@Retrosofer Yep, its utilised on endurance mode, and i think maybe even on grand prix mode as well.

Try the Japan version, Called Daytona CE, not CCE... Its WAY better than CCE...

I owned both and preferred the original. It played a lot better.
