This is "CAFS" (Compressed Air Foam System). "One Seven" is a Product Name for the Gimaex Company in Germany. Due to the language difference between English and German, "One Seven" was the German name equivalent derived from Darley Company's seven bubble theory. SEVEN CAFS bubbles are able to be made from ONE droplet of foam/water solution when compressed air is injected into the stream. Awesome Technology!

One Seven is indeed a kind of foam, i am not sure in which countries they use it but a few fire departments in Holland use this foam.
