  • Spread the word: it's not fat that makes you fat, it's sugar. Sure, too much calories from fat make you fat, but sugar (in most american processed crap) spikes insuline levels, making you store more fat in the long run. Fat-heavy food however, doesn't affect insuline levels as much, which is why actually a 2500 calory diet with a lot of fat, can make you LOOSE fat, while a 2500 calory diet with tons of carbs, can make you STORE fat. Low fat diet = bullcrap.

  • Sorry, but not sure I buy that. You can freely buy healthy foods even on food stamps. Cars, clothes, toys, houses, etc. all are choice expenses. It's all a matter of priorities.
