i am emailing anyone i can at the beeb in an effort to get them to play more gos. there are some great new tracks on scruff at heart but some of the lesser known ones on his early albums are pure magic too. i don't mind neil diamond but gilbert is one of our own - but he was and is ignored. Such a prolific writer and performer should be cherished. thanks for adding this to youtube.

Great song and yes, he is well missed off the radio. I live in los Angeles and every now and again we hear a long on krth101fm. By the way, I have a very cool CD listed on ebay for any who might be interested.

good to know us gos fans can still be heard. I saw gilbert's show in northampton, it was superb, also at The Barbican - standing ovations at both. He is as good as when I saw him in the 70s. We need to raise his profile and get the BBC to play more of him and I would love to see/hear a programme dedicated to the amazing contribution he has made to music over nearly 40 years. Programme makers need to wake up to his world wide popularity. He is tops.

I agree the critics gave him top reviews at glastonbury but did the bbc show it no.
