NCAA Division 1 Softball National Championship - 6/3/2008

The younger they are, the bigger the dreams.
It's just play at first, short legs stretching and small arms reaching.
Deep gulps of fresh air filling innocent hearts.
But soon some skill sets in, and with it the desire to improve, and prove themselves against others.
That seed gets planted, and it takes root, grows every day.
The common bond is the game.
The shared goal is to go all the way.
Tonight, on softball's biggest stage, two teams have a chance to fulfill that lifelong dream.
Both teams have earned a right to be here.
But only one can realize their dream of becoming a National Champion.
