A sculpture pavilion with a kinetic element created in 2011 by Evan Lewis for the City of Toledo in Ohio. The Tribute Memorial Sculpture was the winning proposal of a national call for artists to create a site specific work of art that would celebrate the creation of a new bridge and as a memorial for those who lost their lives in a tragic construction accident.
