well.. she was not known at all. Tuomas put her in a spotlight. She in return brought peace bac in the band. otherwise, the krap was ripping them apart. that is what I mean!

SO what? Anette has had 20 years experience in other bands, Tarja had ZERO experience when she co-founded Nightwish and began recording and touring within the first year, yet her performances were practically flawless, and she did NOT sing out of tune or struggle through songs, unlike Anette.

I'm so tired of people like you who only see the frontperson in a band.

But why be so hard? She has only be in the band in one year and a half, it is not easy to get the voice or body to get throught the hard tour scheme. When you sing you need both.

Oh, she mixed up a couple of words of the song, wow. She didn't sing out of tune or out of tempo though, and that is what someone else here had claimed.

I am not a Anette fan. I Like Nightwish! With Tarja or Anette.

I have never say that I like Nightwish more with Anette or Tarja, because I like all in the band not only one.

Although you Anette fans often make that claim, not one of you has ever been able to point out a video where she truly is out of tune.

I've seen most if not all of the Nightwish videos from the past, and have not seen Tarja go out of tune even once.

For an amature, yes that is true. For a pro, it becomes automatic and those who can do it well are the ones who become great.

Hell, I've never seen a nightclub band with a singer who sings out of tune, let alone a major band that is known around the world.

The only major band with a singer that couldn't sing well live was Guns and Roses, but that was because Axl Rose was stoned and drunk 24/7.
