They sleep on mudflats on the river at night and every morning at dawn they all take off at the same time to leave the river and feed in farmers' fields on waste corn. Then at sunset they all come in at the same time back to the river to roost for the night.
nice footage. wonder what rousted them to move in such large numbers that far into the morning. was there for a couple of days in '93 and '96. unforgettable.
