Willie P. LeShay, Jr. was born December 26, 1966 in Shreveport, LA. Willie passed away May 9, 2009 suddenly in Junction City, KS. He lived in the Fort Riley and Junction City, KS area from 1994-2009.
He was a member of Church of Deliverance, Junction City, and served as Armor Bearer, and Prophet where he served faithfully for years.
He was also a member of the Central Kansas Ruff Ryders being a Ruff Ryder his allegiance was to the organization of the Ruff Ryders worldwide, he was totally committed and was soon elected Vice President.
