Well then I apologize i did not have all of the facts. You have put together an excellent haunt that probably looks even better with the props and effects running, keep up the good work.

Can you explain dry brushing?

dry brushing is pretty close to how it sounds.
first you would lay down your base coat, for me it was flat black. then you would dip your paintbrush into your top coat, white for me, then you would pretty much try to remove as much paint from the brush as possible on a scrap piece of wood or cardboard or something so you have little paint left on the brush. then with that brush lightly go over your base coat and it will give you that aged look. that is dry brushing. cheers.

I know it looks extremely similar to the work at Terror Syndicate, but I'm sure it's all as a tribute of sorts and they would never try to claim the majority of the ideas as their own. What kind of self respecting haunter would make a blatent rip off.

steves a sper good friend of mine. he lives about an hour from me. he helped me alot with construction of the building. the exterior is a bit similar yes i know. the inside is my own personal work. the similar building was primarily to keep cost down. rip off? far from that. im a huge fan of steve and his work, i do my own thing, yet somewhat similar i would never copy anything thats been done set wise.
