I have a question about the formula. I get how to do the formula; ARV x 70% - repairs - (my profit by 2) = price. My question is about the price. Is the price what you offer to who you are buying the property from. If so is there a formula or a way to determine how much you are going to ask from who is buying the property off you. In your youtube video you mentioned an example of asking 58K for a house worth 100K with 15K in repair. Where did does the 58K come from?
