So I planned to create a nice professional video using my DSLR, iPhone and GoPro cameras mounted in/on the car and cut between them, but the DSLR mount snapped on the first lap and the iPhone footage looks like it was filmed by Michael J Fox in an earthquake, so I was left with the GoPro footage which is crap quality and varies between woefully under and over exposed.

That, combined with the fact that I'm badly out of practice and still adjusting to the new hairdresser's delight meant that the footage I did collect wasn't great, so I just decided to throw together something quick and stupid, as much for practice editing in Final Cut Pro as anything else. I also abused my new "static-y" transition effect, so sorry about that. Sorry about the music too.

Not to be taken seriously. I had as much fun making this vid as I did actually driving, which makes a nice change.

Car is a 1.6 1989 Eunos Roadster (Mazda MX5) with a Kaaz 1.5 way diff, HSD coil overs, roadsterdrift.com modified steering knuckles, polybushed everything, TR Lane roll bar, 8x15 wheels with 195/50/15 tyres, and some other bits and bobs. Driver is semi-ginger, has the worst facial hair in Eastern Fife and is in denial about not being able to fit in his new car.

EDIT: Sorry that the in car footage is mainly of my rear view mirror, this is because the mount broke and we had to cable tie the camera to the top of the roll bar.
