this vid is as stupid as the vermont casting Stratton that i bought. what a pain in the ass. the glass gets very dirty after a few hrs of burning,the motor fan is noisy and usually blows heat out of one side, I had to put marks on the handle to tell me how far open the flue is, one side of the firebrick has cracked. Trying to get these people to call you back is like - they don't. the thing is overpriced. who ever engineered this piece of shit has no common sense like most eng.'s.
