Famous collapse, 4 up with 4 to play at Kiawah Island, the so-called "War by the Shore" Ryder Cup in 1991. This video features shots from the Mark Calcavecchia (USA) vs. Colin Montgomerie (EUR) matchup during all 4 holes down the stretch, including every swing on 17 and 18.

Calcavecchia's tee shot on the par 3 17th is one of the most memorable in Ryder Cup history, for all the wrong reasons. But it inspired one of Johnny Miller's great early lines on NBC, wondering if a fan applauded for Montgomerie's 18th hole tee shot because the ball got airborne. LOL.
