It is sealed, you can see the old road running parallel for part of the way too. I *think* it has been sealed for about 8 years but I'm not certain on that.
It isn't officially divided, but some enterprising people seem to have taken a drive with a can of white paint and made a good start *lol* It is a wee bit wavy, but it is the thought that counts :)
