35 Ford with chevy 800 hp blower startup

My Dads 1935 ford engine start up with a 800 HP small block chevy 400 (377cid - 6-71 blower 10 psi) with twin 850 double pumpers. Heavy cam and brobix -8 heads, hand made headers and much more.

The reason Ford was able to sell much more than the others is because Ford came out first. Henry Ford made the very first car and all they had was Ford for a while. Now I don't know shit about cars and I'm not trying to get into no debate with any of u but I do know that Ford was the first car So they had a yesterday on all other models.

@wafrederick where are these legendary GM trucks that had that 4 wheels steering?..they advertised the shit out of that for almost a year..then all of a sudden it went away ..and the trailblazer i think it was with the roof that slid back and the tail gate either opened like a door and opened like a hatch?..ford had that tail gate design way back in 66 and the sliding roof was from studebaker ..not really break through technology now was it?..see..gm copys almost everyone

@wafrederick you want to talk tranny's?..ask my buddy why is there a 2003 chevy sitting in his driveway getting a tranny replaced,,this can go back and forth all day long ..ford might of made some poor stuff.but dont be nieve enuff to think just cuzz it has a bowtie on the grill that its any better ..what will we argue about next??.the pinto vs vega saga??.or how ford bought the rights to build a 302 or 427 from chevy ???.or 428 from pontiac?

@wafrederick i can see you are the type of person who will deny any wrong doing with a GM ..i could hand you a laundry list of problems with GM and you still wont admit any troubles ..if ford is so bad like you say ,,then explain to me how can they be doing better then GM???..how is that possible??..why doesnt GM have a great record of super reliable cars ?,,dont get mad at me for these facts,go tell car and driver and consumer reports off...

@wafrederick well i have realized its ppl like you that have all of these troubles..more so then anyone else..so my advice to you is dont get any fords..GM ppl do not need to be around fords...and i dont know what planet you live on but geeze..i lost count of all the GM's that leaked water..i wont even begin to go into a list ..between my niece's corsica was a swimming pool when it rained to my buddys lumina at 4 months old had the rear window molding went bad ..

@390merc65 Ford made their electronic transmissions a nightmare to diagnose and to fix.I wont touch one for this reason.I know a couple people with Ford that had their windshield resealed and the gem replaced on their Fords.One got rid of theirs,a 2000 F150 and no more Fords for her.Plus ford has crappy coils for the triton engines with the coil on plug ignition system.Have a missfire code,you will put in a coil or two.I never seen a GM with leaky windshields in my life.

@wafrederick yeah i know..ford will never be on the same level as gm..thank god..thats why ford is doing better and is older then gm or chevy when they were independent ..i thought maybe you grew up a bit and were done with this stuff , but i see not..and here is a good reason why you dont see gm pans rot out..thats cuzz GM motors leak oil all over them every time you start them ,,,,speaking of leaking windshields ..you must be talking about GM,HELL THEY HAD THAT TROUBLE SINCE THE EARLY 1960'S

@390merc65 Even with the leaking windshields taking out the gem and Ford pulled out a tsb on this.Ford even drilled holes in their frames from the factory to lighten them certain years.Oil pans,Ford's engine oil pans rust out left and right.I rarely see this on a Chevy and Dodge.

@wafrederick all manufactures prices are high ,,,ford , GM ,,everyone hides shit ..tell me something i or most other ppl dont know..,,and yeah thats really sucked for ford and the ppl involved,,,but lets not over look the huge problem GM had with exposed gas tanks on full size chevy/gmc trucks..gm got off real easy with that ..if the government was to make gm recall all of those trucks..it would have cripple GM and would have been thee largest vehicle recall in auto history
