Latin pop singer Juanes has filed a police report over his safety, after reportedly receiving threatening messages over plans to perform in Cuba next month. (Aug. 21)

Cuban exiles in Miami are expecting to get rid of Castro control remote. They want the CIA to do the dirty work for them, without doing any real sacrifices themselves. Without any initiative from these Cuban dinosaurs, it's no wonder that Castro is still going around as usual, when the rest of the Iron Curtain has collapsed.

I know all about el paredon and che's atrocities. I don't support castro or che but it's just a fact that not alot of cubans fought back. fidel took over the island with just a rag tag army that floated over on the granma. Then during the mariel they all fled and then again during the rafter crisis. If the cubans on the island won't rise up why do you exiles expect us to go over there and do the dirty work you all should have done when you lived there? If cubans want freedom they need to fight

"ran out of Cuba with their tails between their legs" You have no idea what you're talking about. As the daughter of Cuban exiles I can tell you that many did fight back. So many innocents died at the hands of Castro and Che for simply speaking in opposition of the revolution. Look up "el Paredon." Americans here are clueless when in it comes to Cuban history because they naively fall for the propaganda that romanticizes the revolution.
