@ttbb10 Uhm....NOT. Little know fact, the ITA was formed in 1983, the same year that Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee (ATA) introduced the Songahm style of Taekwondo. In short, ITA came from ATA, it's founders used to be in ATA and when they didn't agree with the vision of Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee they took their ball and left.

If you have ever personally tested for any rank, especially with that many people around, you should know that it is not the most relaxing atmosphere.

@lovelessAlx I think you have a stick up your ass (; It doesn't take any minimum or maximum amount of years. It's not the time, it's the effort. Some have it, some don't. As far as I can see, the guy is sharp and knows what he's doing. Claps aren't for pity, they're for respect and support. So don't be such a dick (:

...the hell am i kidding this guy sucks a yellow belt can do that his muscles are to strained, basically meaning he's no relaxed....(those claps were for pity)
just because you have a black belt doesn't mean your good it takes about 8~10 yrs to become good (NOTE: why give 110% if the number infinity exist? :P )...[also know your limit.....]

ok ya i have some problems with his form too.... but too be honest, this is the best one (for ata 1st degree black) i have seen on youtube, the rest are embarassing at the least!!
i thought this guy did a straight job, albeit a little fast and a little mechanical...
