  • Codes are changed when codes are adopted. They do not change codes on a monthly basis and much less a yearly basis. The local AHJ may choose to ignore portions of the code but it does not mean they change them...be aware we cant force anyone to do anything as electrical inspectors unless something is unsafe and it is not based on a percentage. It is based on what the uniformed statewide building codes say....if a wall is not disturbed then it does not need to be updated...
