  • I believe American Sign Language often "looks kinda weird" to those who do not use it to communicate. My understanding is that the ASL interpreter should be very expressive, using strong facial features throughout. Ever seen the Star Spangled Banner signed? It's beautiful.

  • That is a great way of telling the story! I'm hard-of-hearing and I rely on some sign language (although my family never uses it, nor anyone else that I'm close with as a matter of fact). That story made me laugh, more than it did when I heard it and read the story! Keep up the great work!
